How to Connect an Integration

Step 1: Go to Integrations Page

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click Integrations in the sidebar
  3. Browse available integrations

Step 2: Connect Your Account

  1. Click Connect on your desired integration
  2. You'll be redirected to the provider's login page
  3. Authorize Realtor Bot to access your account
  4. You'll be redirected back to the dashboard

Step 3: Configure Settings

After connecting:

  1. Click Manage on the connected integration
  2. Configure sync settings:
    • Sync Frequency - How often to sync data
    • Field Mapping - Map fields between systems
    • Filters - Choose what data to sync

Integration-Specific Guides

HubSpot

What syncs:

  • Contacts → Leads
  • Deals → Opportunities
  • Activities → Bot interactions

Setup:

  1. Connect your HubSpot account
  2. Select which pipelines to sync
  3. Map custom fields
  4. Enable automatic contact creation

Gmail

What syncs:

  • Incoming emails → Bot triggers
  • Bot responses → Sent emails
  • Email labels → Bot categories

Setup:

  1. Connect your Gmail account
  2. Choose which labels to monitor
  3. Set up auto-response rules
  4. Configure email templates

Google Calendar

What syncs:

  • Bot appointments → Calendar events
  • Calendar availability → Bot scheduling

Setup:

  1. Connect your Google Calendar
  2. Select which calendars to use
  3. Set availability hours
  4. Configure buffer times between appointments

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed

If your integration fails to connect:

  1. Check permissions - Make sure you granted all required permissions
  2. Re-authenticate - Try disconnecting and reconnecting
  3. Clear cache - Clear your browser cache and try again
  4. Contact support - Reach out if the issue persists

Data Not Syncing

If data isn't syncing properly:

  1. Check sync settings - Verify your sync frequency and filters
  2. Review field mapping - Ensure fields are mapped correctly
  3. Check logs - View sync logs in the integration settings
  4. Manual sync - Try triggering a manual sync

Best Practices

  • Test first - Use a test account before connecting production data
  • Map fields carefully - Double-check field mappings to avoid data issues
  • Monitor sync logs - Regularly review logs for errors
