Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all Professional plan features. No credit card required.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

How often does data sync?

Most integrations sync in real-time. Some may have a slight delay (1-5 minutes) depending on the provider.

Can I connect multiple accounts?

Yes, you can connect multiple accounts for the same integration (e.g., multiple Gmail accounts).

What if my tool isn't supported?

We're constantly adding new integrations. Contact support@realtorbot.app to request an integration and we'll prioritize it.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We use:

Where is data stored?

Data is stored in secure, redundant data centers in the United States (US-East region).

Do you sell my data?

Do I need technical skills?

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Limits & Usage

Are there conversation limits?

Limits vary by plan:

  • Starter: 500 conversations/month
  • Professional: 5,000 conversations/month
  • Enterprise: Unlimited

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is a complete interaction with a lead, from start to finish. Multiple messages in one session count as one conversation.

What happens if I exceed limits?

We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional conversation packs.

Can I see my usage?

Yes! Go to SettingsUsage to view your current usage and limits.
